These terms are an agreement between OrderDream, Inc. ("OrderDream," "we," "us") and the business that creates an organization ("you"). By signing up for or using OrderDream, you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind it.
1. The service
OrderDream is dispatch software. It reads the customer email you forward to it and drafts quote requests using automated extraction. It asks your customers for missing details, forwards complete jobs to your subcontractors, and sends estimates. It also gives your team tools to manage customers, your catalog and invoices. We may improve or modify features over time; we will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during a billing period.
2. Accounts and organizations
- You sign in with a Google account. Keep that account secure. You are responsible for activity under your organization's accounts.
- Organization owners and admins control member access, roles, forwarding addresses and automation settings. Owners are the contact for the organization's data.
- You must be at least 16 years old and using OrderDream for business purposes.
3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
- OrderDream is offered on Free, Pro and Enterprise plans. Each plan has the limits described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed at the price shown in the app when you subscribe.
- A new organization gets a 14-day free trial of Pro, and no payment method is needed to start. If the trial ends without a subscription, the organization moves to the Free plan.
- You can cancel at any time from the billing page, and service continues through the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Subscription payments are processed by Stripe.
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
4. Your data
- You own the data you and your team bring into OrderDream: customers, quote requests, email content, your catalog, estimates, invoices, files and the rest. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You can export your data as JSON and delete your organization at any time.
- You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store your customers' information in OrderDream, for forwarding only mail you are entitled to share, and for the accuracy of what is sent to your customers and subcontractors through it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use OrderDream to send spam or unlawful messages.
- Probe, breach, or test the security of the service, or access another organization's data.
- Resell or white-label the service without a written agreement with us.
- Upload malicious code or use the service to violate any law or third-party right.
- Abuse the API beyond documented rate limits or circumvent usage limits.
6. AI-drafted content
Quote requests, follow-ups and estimates are drafted by automated extraction and may contain mistakes. Nothing is sent automatically unless an admin turns on automatic forwarding or estimates. Even then, a customer's first request waits for a person, and each automatic send is held briefly so it can be cancelled. You are responsible for reviewing extracted details, such as addresses, dates and pricing, and for what you choose to send automatically.
7. Third-party services
Services you use alongside OrderDream are governed by those providers' terms. These include the Google account you sign in with, the mail host you forward from, and Stripe for billing. We are not responsible for third-party services.
8. Availability and support
We work to keep OrderDream available and performant, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Support is available at contact@orderdream.com.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits or revenue. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using OrderDream and delete your organization at any time. We may suspend or terminate an organization that materially breaches these terms, with notice and a chance to cure where practical. After termination you will have 30 days to export your data before it is deleted.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to organization owners by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.
