These terms are an agreement between OrderDream, Inc. ("OrderDream," "we," "us") and the business that creates a workspace ("you"). By signing up for or using OrderDream, you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind it.
1. The service
OrderDream is dispatch software: it reads incoming customer email that you connect or forward, drafts work orders using automated extraction, and provides scheduling, invoicing, payments, messaging, and reporting tools for your team. We may improve or modify features over time; we will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during a billing period.
2. Accounts and workspaces
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your workspace's accounts.
- Workspace admins control member access, roles, and integrations, and act as the contact for the workspace's data.
- You must be at least 16 years old and using OrderDream for business purposes.
3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
- OrderDream is billed per active seat, per month, at the price shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe.
- New workspaces get a 14-day free trial with usage limits; no payment method is required to start. When the trial ends, continued use requires a subscription.
- Seats are prorated as you add or remove users. You can cancel any time from billing settings; service continues through the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Invoice payments you collect from your customers settle through your own Stripe account under Stripe's terms.
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
4. Your data
- You own the data you and your team bring into OrderDream — customers, work orders, email content, invoices, photos, and the rest. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You can export your data (CSV or JSON) and delete your workspace at any time from Settings.
- You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store your customers' information in OrderDream and for the accuracy of what you send them through it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use OrderDream to send spam or unlawful messages, including SMS to people who have not consented where consent is required.
- Probe, breach, or test the security of the service, or access another workspace's data.
- Resell or white-label the service without a written agreement with us.
- Upload malicious code or use the service to violate any law or third-party right.
- Abuse the API beyond documented rate limits or circumvent usage limits.
6. AI-drafted content
Work-order drafts are produced by automated extraction and may contain mistakes. Drafts are presented for your review and require your confirmation before dispatch. You are responsible for reviewing extracted details — addresses, schedules, pricing — before acting on them.
7. Third-party services
Integrations you connect (Gmail, QuickBooks, Xero, Slack, Teams, Zapier, Stripe, Twilio) are governed by those providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and disconnecting them may reduce functionality.
8. Availability and support
We work to keep OrderDream available and performant, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Support is available at support@orderdream.com.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits or revenue. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using OrderDream and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate a workspace that materially breaches these terms, with notice and a chance to cure where practical. After termination you will have 30 days to export your data before it is deleted.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to workspace admins by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.
